BOX2PAC weights your order to determine the postage price. Delivery is determined according to the destination, size of order and customer requirements. We use J&T Express Malaysia as our shipping agent within Malaysia.

Please find our delivery charges information below :-

The rate is according to the weight of the items and your location. At the checkout counter, the rate will be displayed. The rate is inclusive of J&T Express Fuel Surcharge (15%) and Handling Charge (10%). Once confirmation of payment has been received, your order would be dispatched within the next 24 hours (except weekend and public holidays) and depending on stock availability to your delivery address. The parcel should arrive within the next 2-3 days for Peninsular Malaysia or 5 to 7 days later for Sarawak and Sabah. Once your item has been dispatched a complete order email together with the tracking number would be emailed to you

NOTES:

1) East Malaysia – Shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order.

2) Order received during weekend will be processed on the next working day i.e. Monday with the exception of public holiday.

Volumetric weight is being charged when the space of the package takes up in a vehicle cost more than the package’s actual weight. This is usually the case when a very light package is shipped in a large carton. It will applies when any of the dimension exceed 30cm and is calculated as follow:-

Volumetric weight (in kilograms) = Length (cm) x Width (cm) x Height (cm) / 5000 

3) Please note that RM (Malaysian Ringgit) is the default currency for our online store,

4) International Buyers: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item
price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with
your country’s custom office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to
buying.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

– The buyer must provide full contact details upon check out. We will ship to the buyer provided address, please edit if necessary.

– To prevent any delivery issues (wrong addresses, inability to find a person for delivery etc.) it is necessary to provide personal details correctly.

– Provided local pick-up services as schedule.

– The buyer’s item(s) will be shipped within 3 days after cleared payment except pre-order items (please note that received payment does not mean cleared payment).

– Shipping and Handling Costs includes materials like envelope, boxes, bubble wrap, tissue paper, tape, etc.

– BOX2PAC reserve the rights to change the shipment method according to the delivery location and the weight of the goods.

DELIVERY METHOD

IMPORTANT:

Please provide contact number (preferably mobile number) for us to contact you on the day of delivery. All delivery schedules will be arranged and confirmed in the email prior to the delivery date. Please check your email regularly for the delivery arrangement.


DELIVERY SCHEDULE
DOMESTIC

  • WEST MALAYSIA – Delivery time is normally 3-4 working days for J&T Express Malaysia.
  • EAST MALAYSIA – Delivery time is normally 7-10 working days for J&T Express Malaysia.                      

INTERNATIONAL 

  • Estimate delivery duration shall be 10-20 days for Easy Parcel depending on the country zone.

Our delivery schedule are as follow:

Monday – Friday : 10am – 4.00pm (*excluding Public Holidays) 

*Some order items could probably have longer lead times.
*For items that are not in stock, we will definitely contact you at the soonest as possible for further discussion.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number for your parcel, you may track the status and where about of the parcel online in real time.
